Limited Capacity filling up

Giving a presentation, whether to a small informal group or a large audience, can be challenging. Sure, you want them to be engaged and interested in while you're talking, but how do you know if they are truly hearing your message? Asking yourself, "What's my message?" is not where you should start. This session will give you a framework for any persuasive speech, which is where the ancient Greeks come in, and a practical model (a pyramid) on how to craft any speech. And Toyota actually has a valuable lesson for us as well. This session is not about presentation skills; it's about what you need to do to develop a speech where your message will be heard. Audience members will be able to practice lessons learned in this interactive session.
